Our binder documents are available in standard 8.5x11 sheets, perfect for fitting into any standard 3-ring binder. We offer both color and black-and-white printing options, so you can choose what best suits your project. Our printing services also include single or double-sided printing and the option for full-bleed printing, which extends the color to the edge of the paper, giving your documents a polished, professional look.

Tabbed Sheet Dividers
Tabbed sheet dividers are essential for organizing your binder documents. They allow you to easily navigate through sections, making it simple to find the information you need quickly. Our tabbed dividers are available in a 9x11 size, including a 0.5-inch tab extension, and are 3-hole punched for immediate use.
Customization Options
We offer a variety of customization options for tabbed dividers:
- Printing on Tabs Only: Choose single or double-sided printing.
- Printing on Tabs and Pages: This option also offers single or double-sided printing, with full-bleed or no full-bleed.
Number of Tabs per Bank
You can choose from 2 to 12 tabs per bank. A "tab bank" refers to a single row of tabs running the full length of the sheet. The amount of tabs in the bank will help determine the length of the tab itself. But don’t worry, Printivity will do that work for you. This flexibility allows you to customize the level of detail and organization within your binder, depending on the complexity of your project.
Clear Mylar vs. No Mylar
We offer the option of adding clear mylar to your tabbed dividers. Clear mylar is a protective coating that enhances the durability of the tabs, making them resistant to wear and tear. This is especially useful for binders that will be handled frequently. If durability is a primary concern, opting for clear mylar will ensure your tabs remain intact and legible over time. For those looking for a more economical option, dividers without mylar are also available, providing a cost-effective solution while still maintaining a professional appearance.
Shipping and Handling
At Printivity, we take great care to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. To avoid damage during shipping, binder documents will not be inserted into binders. Instead, they will be packaged separately to maintain their pristine quality. Additionally, orders with or without tabs will include colored separator sheets between each set. This added measure ensures that your documents remain organized and easy to handle upon arrival.
